6th District Legislators Bring Convenient Constituent Services to Katz Jewish Community Center
(VOORHEES)—Senator James Beach, Assemblyman Louis Greenwald and Assemblywoman Pamela Lampitt (all D-Camden) announced today that members of their staff will be in the Lobby of the Katz Jewish Community Center (JCC), an agency of the Jewish Federation of Southern New Jersey, on Wednesday, July 27, 2011 from 8:00 A.M.-11:00 A.M. to help local residents navigate a variety of State issues and services. This “mobile office” event will provide a convenient opportunity for local residents to receive direct assistance with State issues that affect them and their families.
This outreach event will be staffed by experienced constituent service representatives who will assist residents with questions or concerns on a variety of State issues including, but not limited to unemployment, taxation, utility assistance, financial aid and veterans’ affairs. Informational materials covering a broad range of topics will also be available.
This expanded service is the twelfth in a series of events started in 2010 hosted by Beach, Greenwald and Lampitt designed to make State services more accessible to and convenient for 6th District residents. It follows successful “mobile office” hours hosted in Berlin Township, Haddon Township, Pine Hill, Oaklyn, Haddonfield, Collingswood, Winslow Township, Voorhees, and Cherry Hill.
Staff from the offices of Beach, Greenwald and Lampitt will continue to travel throughout the Sixth Legislative District to further assist area residents.
As always, the legislative offices of Beach, Greenwald and Lampitt are available Monday through Friday 9:00 A.M.-5:00 P.M. to help constituents in their offices. Senator Beach can be reached at (856) 429-1572 or at SenBeach@njleg.org, and Assemblyman Greenwald and Assemblywoman Lampitt can be reached at (856) 435-1247, AsmGreenwald@njleg.org or AswLampitt@njleg.org.
The Katz JCC is located at the intersection of Kresson and Springdale Roads.
